During our launch event, we gathered for a group photo in our official IQC shirts, capturing our values: Create, Empower, and Celebrate. It was a simple moment—people laughing, fixing each other’s headpiece and selendang (shoulder clothes), finding the right spot to stand. Because for us, CREATE starts from small things like this. From the stories we dare to share, from the moments we decide to show up even when we’re a little nervous. Creation isn’t always loud—it can be soft, but still real.
And then there’s EMPOWER. The quiet kind that happens when someone says, “You look great,” or “I’m glad you’re here,” or simply stands beside you in the frame. It’s the feeling that you’re not doing this alone, and that your presence has weight. Sometimes empowerment looks like a community holding space for you, gently but firmly.
Finally, CELEBRATE. Not just the big wins, but the small, everyday joys—the laughter between conversation, the ease of being yourself for a moment. We celebrate each other by making room for joy, even when the world feels heavy.
