🌏💙 Meet Neha, one of our wonderful Anaesthetic Nurses.

Recently, Neha volunteered with the Fiji Eye Project in Labasa, Fiji, helping a dedicated team perform 73 cataract surgeries in just seven days, restoring sight and changing lives.

The experience was especially meaningful, as Labasa Hospital is where Neha was born.

We're incredibly proud to have such compassionate and dedicated people as part of the Lakeview team.

Blast from the past!

This video highlights the past work of the Fiji Eye Project, which began in 2006.

For almost two decades, Dr Jay Chandra and his dedicated team have continued this incredible work, restoring sight, changing lives, and bringing hope to communities across Fiji.

Their commitment and compassion have made a lasting difference to so many people and their families

The project now raises funds through local fundraising and concentrates in the Northern region of Fiji.

We have received numerous requests to see the Fiji Eye Project Medical Team for consultation. Please note that the visiting Fiji Eye Project medical team are volunteers from Australia who make one trip to Fiji every year. The next tour will be next year around May/June ( dates yet to be confirmed). The visiting team would be based in Labasa Hospital. Please contact Labasa Hospital for referrals.

Some of you asked what the costs were.
Thanks to the generosity of the medical team and FEP supporters , its a free service for the community.
