I want to talk about the quiet ones. (You know that good person who is not used to receive compliments?)

Not the loudest voice in the room. Not the one with the biggest following or the most impressive title.

I'm talking about the woman who just... keeps going.

The one who shows up at 6am when no one is watching. Who sends the check-in message to a friend who's struggling. Who rebuilds her life quietly, without making a fuss, without asking anyone to notice.

She probably doesn't think she deserves an award.

She probably thinks awards are for other people — more successful people, more visible people, people who have done "bigger" things.

But here's what I want her to know.

The quiet strength it takes to keep going when life gets hard? That is one of the most powerful things a human being can do. And it deserves to be celebrated — loudly, publicly, and with a whole room of people cheering for her.

The Celebrate Women Award 2026 is open to every woman over 18. You don't need a business. You don't need a platform. You just need a story — and she has one.

The world feels heavy right now.🫣
Really heavy.😔

There is so much noise, so much pressure, and so many expectations on women to keep going, keep giving, and keep holding everything together… even when they are running on empty.

Behind the smiles…
Behind the “I’m fine”…
Behind the strong front…
There are so many women quietly carrying more than anyone sees.

And the truth is…
Most of them will never be recognised for it.
Not because they are not worthy.

But because they are too busy surviving, supporting others, and doing what needs to be done.

That is exactly why I created the Celebrate Women Awards.

Not for the loudest.
Not for the most visible.
Not just for the women who already get the spotlight.

But for the everyday woman.
The woman who keeps going when life gets hard.
The woman who holds everyone together.
The woman who shows up, even when she feels like she is falling apart inside.

The Celebrate Women Awards is about recognising her.
Seeing her.
Acknowledging her.
Reminding her that what she does matters.
And the beautiful part is…

Can I say this honestly…
There are so many women in business who are ready for more…

but they’re still playing small.
Not because they lack skills.
But because they haven’t given themselves permission to step forward yet.

To be seen.
To be heard.
To put their work out there properly.
That moment when you decide “I’m ready now”…
that’s when things start to shift.

I’m currently putting together the next Celebrating Women Expo in Sydney this September, and every year I see women take that step… and grow from it.

We’ll have women joining as stallholders, speakers, and workshop hosts, all showing up in their own way.

Different businesses.
Different journeys.
Same decision to stop hiding.

It’s always interesting to see who feels ready when the opportunity comes up.

🎄 A Christmas CHEERS & Celebration to our YTG40+ Community 🎄

As we head into Christmas, I just want to pause and say this —
you matter here.

This year, YTG40+ became a place of kindness, empathy, and real support. Thanks to our group experts. We have professional we can refer to as support needed.
We have amazing moderators team to protects our space.

A place where women could show up tired, hopeful, healing, or celebrating — and still feel welcomed.
With or without makeup or hair done.
With or without AI support.
You are all accepted in our space.

We listened.
We lifted each other.
We reminded one another that no woman needs to suffer in silence.

Christmas can be joyful… and it can also be lonely.
If this season feels heavy, please know you are not alone.

And if you’ve had a good year, thank you for sharing your light with others.

This community is proof that compassion still exists — and that women supporting women is powerful. Respect over judgement always.

A space that we are allowed to say NO to people who doesn't respect others and continue to use their HURT to hurt others just to feel superior.

In our community, we learnt to say NO to those unfair treatments and discrimination.

We protect those who is in need for support.
We celebrate each other on our success, achievements and laughter no matter how small it may seem at times.

I treasure those moments. Seeing your Xmas cheer photos was definitely one of the highlight.

It allowed me to get to SEE you.
To see your smile, your pets, your happiness.
Thank you for stepping out and had fun sharing with us.
