Merry Christmas Eve Oceanic Division family!

Christmas is a special time of the year. It is a time of both receiving and giving, and we’d like to give you a huge thanks for being our cherished members.

You all make this a special place, and you make it so. Wherever you are, and however you spend this time of the year, the staff of the XO division wishes that you, our IVAO family, all have a happy, happy holiday season, a safe and fun New Year, and we look forward to serving with you all in 2023!

UPDATE ON WEB SERVICE OUTAGE

Having identified the issue, the problem is more severe than first thought and time to repair the fault will be longer than initially anticipated. The Development Operations team are continuing, as we speak, to deploy a fix and will continue to do so long in to the early hours of tomorrow morning. Whilst we appreciate the frustration for all members and staff, IVAO are working to resolve the issue.

Members can continue to enjoy the network by utilising Altitude or Aurora, however sadly legacy software (IvAc and IvAp) are affected by this issue. The main IVAO website and some dependents will be offline and redirecting to IVAO's Heartbeat to keep members updated. Some services, like the ability to utilise the IVAO login on sub sites, such as World Tours, have been returned.

The fix will run into tomorrow, at present we are not sure at which time tomorrow services will be restored but we will keep you updated.

Regards,

Mike Wethereld, JP
