I have always loved Autumn. The colours, the crisp clean air and the energy shifting from a big and beautiful summer to a time of looking inward and slowing down.

Perhaps you're grieving for a summer that's nearly over?

Whatever you're feeling as the seasons begin to shift, is welcome here and in circle. Always.

Join us as we guide you through some gentle movement and meditation as well as reflective journaling, a creative practice and a sharing circle to honour the seasonal festival of the autumn equinox. A day of equal light and equal night. A time to find balance and to let go.
