Artes Christi ARTES CHRISTI AUSTRALIA is a community of artists focused on promoting "the true, the good and the beautiful" in today's society.

Artes Christi Australia Inc is an arts association based in Sydney with a specific focus on presenting work which promotes "the true, the good and the beautiful in today's society." Our projects include musicals, plays and concerts and we also offer services in the areas of artistic design, event management, media liaison and marketing. Originally established in 2001, Artes Christi’s mission is ‘t

o seek the Face of Christ through the arts’ and over the years we have worked on many plays, musicals and concerts most recently including Fiddler on the Roof (2012), Joseph (2011), A Man For All Seasons (2011) and our annual carols CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY (2008-2012). http://www.theword.org.au

The song was entirely written and performed by Theresa and is being specially released to raise money for Lung Cancer Research & the new Richard Scolyer Chair of Brain Cancer Research at the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.

Many of us were shocked this week by the sudden passing of long-time Artes Christi member Theresa McCarthy (52) who died last Tuesday after an incredibly short yet profound battle against lung and brain cancer.

But in the final weeks as Theresa battled cancer, something extraordinary emerged.

It was discovered Theresa had one final song which she had composed, played and sung entirely by herself. It is incredibly moving - and yet the song had not yet been released.

And so with the permission of Theresa's family, here it is:
"FORGET THAT SORROW TOMORROW" available entirely free.

But with an invitation to Donate to the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse to support Lung Cancer Research and the new Richard Scolyer Chair of Brain Cancer Research.
