If we want more joy in our lives we need to strategise and plan ahead.

There are a few simple things that we can to lift our joy.

1. Getting sunshine in the morning will lift our joy.
2. Getting fresh air and sitting in nature or going yo the beach will improve our mood.
3. Exercise increases our endorphins and anaesthetises our pain.
4. Eating peanuts, chocolate and potatoes will fuel serotonin which makes us feel calmer and happier…

But at the end of the day, we need to have peace in our hearts. Or the stresses of life will erode the joy that we have. We need to make peace with God, praying through our troubles, dorgibing people and asking for His help. Then joy flows.

Thanking Him for all of the good things will multiply them to us and bring us more joy.

Because we know that God is good, He will hear our prayers and andwe them.

He is bound by His sacred words and His promises. If we would hold into them, knowing that they are true, completely believing and maintaning that they will come to pass, then they do.

When we decide to fully believe then we become like the woman with the issue of blood and gain our miracle.

Yes, but how fo we arrive at this level of faith?

We listen to the word of God often and perhaps for hours as we go about doing jobs at home, the car travelling or out doing exercise. We keep listening until His words become more real then our own thoughts… then it happens.

We get in touch with Heaven, living His way and it cones to earth.

You are important. You matter. Because you are made in the likeness of God every of youwas known and loved by known. From the creation of the world you were chosen to be with Him.

He has a plan to bless and to prosper you, your life and your days.

When you take God’s word and start speaking it, you get into synch with God who first inspired these words and brings them to pass.

As say “the joy of the Lord is my strength” again and again, these words start moving on our hearts and minds, causing us to overflow in joy.

Proverbs 3:5-6 ~ Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
