Avoid payment delays by checking these common mistakes before submitting an invoice:
❌ Incorrect participant details
❌ Wrong support item number
❌ Charging above NDIS price limits
❌ Missing invoice information

The NDIS only pays for supports that are reasonable, necessary, and actually delivered. Claims for services not provided, duplicated services, or supports not covered under the participant's plan can be rejected.
