1 Year of Ping Pong Parkinson’s at PCYC Northern Beaches! 🎉

What started with just 3 participants has grown into a thriving group of more than 20 amazing people. Every Wednesday, we come together for more than just ping pong - we build friendships, share plenty of laughs, and support each other.

We absolutely love the energy, determination, and cheekiness this group brings each week. Seeing all the improvements has been incredibly rewarding!

If you or someone you know is living with Parkinson’s or would just like to get involved, we’d love to welcome you. Join us every Wednesday from 10am for physical activity, social connection, and a whole lot of fun!!

Here’s to another year of rallies, laughs, and progress! 🏓💙
