🚗 A new way to stay connected

CCA NSW is proud to introduce a new community vehicle, made possible through the generous support of Community Bank Epping – Bendigo Bank.

This vehicle will help more people access essential services, attend social activities, and stay connected to their community, especially elderly individuals and people living with disability.

As a community bank, Community Bank Epping – Bendigo Bank supports local organisations and initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.

CCA NSW was proud to attend the Volunteer Awards Night hosted by the City of Ryde at Curzon Hall, Marsfield on 20 May 2026, celebrating the incredible contribution volunteers make to our community.

We are especially proud to share that two of our dedicated volunteers, Christina Butler and Billy Wong, were nominated for the Individual Volunteer of the Year Award.

Billy Wong has been volunteering with CCA NSW since 2019, contributing approximately 14 hours each week. Billy delivers music programs across community venues, aged care facilities, outreach visits, and major events, bringing joy, connection, and cultural engagement to many people across our community.

Christine Butler has been volunteering with CCA NSW for over 11 years, contributing around 4–5 hours each week. As the welcoming face of our front office, Christine supports clients and stakeholders through enquiries, service coordination, administrative support, food parcel assistance, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Their dedication, kindness, and commitment truly reflect the spirit of volunteering and community service.

On behalf of everyone at CCA NSW, thank you Billy and Christine for the remarkable difference you continue to make in the lives of others.

How You Can Help:
If you have extra non-perishable items or canned goods in your pantry, please consider donating them. Every can, every box counts. Together, we can build a stockpile of essential items and ensure no one in our community goes hungry.

Drop-off Details:
📍 12 Lakeside Road, Eastwood NSW 2122
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

No contribution is too small—every donation directly supports individuals and families right here in our community.
