After discovering her kidney function had dropped to just 10% due to an autoimmune disease, Rebecca began dialysis during the first week of the 2020 lockdown.

Two years later, on the day she received a kidney transplant, her husband's health took a drastic turn, leaving Rebecca to care for him and their two young daughters while still recovering herself. Despite these challenges, Rebecca's unwavering positivity and determination prove that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

Erin tragically lost her son Devan in January after a long battle with mental health. Devan was just 21. Erin has recently received two letters from Devan's recipients and was so pleased to hear they are doing well.

By sharing Devan's story and her experience, Erin hopes to help other donor families and transplant recipients.
