These are questions we don’t ask often, but we should.

You don’t need a reason, you don’t need a prompt. If you don’t know what to say, just do! Never forget to check in on the people you care about 💛

Could you imagine being in a semi-comatose state for a day? How about a week? Ella was unable to function her body for 18 months, and was virtually bedridden for years.

A unique condition that stole her childhood, but not her spirit to make a change!

If you’re the one holding everything right now, you’re allowed to need someone too. That’s not weakness, it’s how you keep going.”

Take the time you actually need. Not the time you think you’re allowed. Then let someone in, because the people around you are waiting for you to go first.

This is Hugo. Raw and unfiltered.

Loneliness can hide, loneliness is often unseen and loneliness is dangerous. We are all built for community and connection, but we need to make room for connection. Start a conversation, build your community, one yap at a time.
