Established in 2012 Kangarusski has become an address for the Russi You can join us as a participant, a volunteer or a leader.

Kangarusski is a volunteer-run, non-for-profit department of the Zionist Federation of Australia, whose main goal is to engage and unite members of the Russian speaking Jewish community around their culture and heritage and connect them to the Jewish community and to Israel. There is something for everybody - children, young families, young adults, students. If you have an initiative of your own -

Beautiful family weekend- Adamama Young Families Retreat Shalomcollectiveau
A relaxed, nature-filled weekend for Jewish young families.

21-23 August | 1.5 hour drive from City

Dedicated children's program, adult sessions and meaningful family experiences throughout the weekend- shabbat around the campfire, great kosher food and time to relax in nature.

Today was full with art and craft, Theatre games, engaging presentations and of course, Kabbalat Shabbat!
Tasha Klimontova - you are absolutely amazing! We loved creating magical windows (витраж) with you and sew squishy hugs! Thank you!
We went creative and laughed our heads off with Theatre and we learned the difference between Russian and Jewish fairytales.
Traditional Friday Pizza and Ice cream followed by Тетя Инна's Inna Polura chocolate toasts were a huge success as always, plus donuts from our birthday girl Anya
We even saw black cockatoos!
It was so good to see you all!
