Dear Kangarusski! We did it again!
What a feeling of pride, joy, gratitude and so many emotions seeing our Kangarusski family together once again, celebrating our Jewish holidays, even in the middle of difficult and painful times.
But nothing will stop us from being who we are.
Nothing will stop us from celebrating our Jewish identity, keeping our traditions alive, and supporting one another.

One of the most special moments of our evening was watching a play “Apples” by Anna Glantz-Margulis — a deeply moving play exploring Jewish history, the experience of war, connection to Israel and the powerful bond between generations.

Anna’s extraordinary acting brought all of these themes to life with such honesty and emotion that there were tears in everyone’s eyes. It was one of those rare moments when an entire room becomes completely silent, connected by the same memories, emotions and sense of belonging.

We also had the privilege of taking part in the Sharing Light project. Every guest created a small clay vessel that will become part of a memorial display dedicated to tragic events at Bondi Beach.
With our hands and our souls we we brought more light to Bondi.

Together with our amazing Tasha Klimontova we decorated delicious honey gingerbread cookies and turned them into masterpieces

The festive dinner was served to us by our beloved Mila's Catering with of course, a very special treat — delicious shashlik, prepared right in front of our eyes by the wonderful Dvuchbabny! (Stella Dvuchbabny)

A huge thank you to everyone who came, helped, cooked, created, performed, shared, laughed, cried and celebrated with us. Together we made this evening special!
