Join us at the June meeting for a special online only workshop with International astrologer Nadiya Shah. Nadiya will be speaking about Neptune, God of The Ocean, which is now in the sign of Aries for the better part of the next 13 years. Aries is a sign representing the pure spark of cardinal fire: initiating, inspiring, and fresh energy. What happens when Neptune is lit up in new ways, and how can we be sure not to burn the waters of compassion away?

With Neptune representing our spiritual needs, how can we make sure we are staying true to what our personal growth is, especially if it leads us in wildly new soul directions? Here, Nadiya will look at this big, bold energy, which will define the spiritual search and expression for the collective and for us as individuals. After first looking at the collective implications, Nadiya will also touch on each house of your natal chart, so that you can gain insights into how this energy will speak to you most personally.

This weekend at the May meeting, Joshua Hancock explored the fascinating topic of ‘Evangeline Adams. The life, legacy & technique of the first celebrity astrologer.’ She was a leading luminary in the world of astrology throughout the late 19th century and her pioneering approach to reaching the masses shaped the face of contemporary Western astrology. Joshia examined her life and the scope of her astrological practice, as well as her 'New Horary' technique, which is a novel approach to interpretation which can be added to your astrological arsenal for future practice.

At the last meeting in April 2026 Danielle Ashley explored the fascinating topic of Solar Returns.
Danielle explored the value of working with Solar Returns alongside the natal chart, and practical ways to integrate the two by highlighting the themes, houses, and planetary players most emphasised in a given year. Time-lord techniques were also used to identify which planets are most highlighted in a solar year, and then applied to transits for greater clarity around timing.

Join us tomorrow at the April 2026 meeting with Danielle Ashley, who will do a deep dive into Solar Returns which represent an interesting and symbolic preview of the conditions shaping the year ahead. They can also help identify when particular elements of the natal chart are activated and brought into lived experience.

In this presentation, Danielle will explore the value of working with Solar Returns alongside the natal chart, and practical ways to integrate the two by highlighting the themes, houses, and planetary players most emphasised in a given year. Time-lord techniques will also be used to identify which planets are most highlighted in a solar year, and then applied to transits for greater clarity around timing.

The presentation will offer astrologers a practical and engaging framework for working with Solar Returns both symbolically and experientially. Chart examples will include a celebrity Solar Return, a personal example, and a Solar Return provided by a volunteer attending for a significant year in their life.
