Our CWA Craft Weekend is shaping up to be something special.

🌼 Curious about CWA? Come along Thursday night 🌼

We’re always happy to meet new faces and welcome people who are curious about what CWA is really about.

If you’ve ever thought about joining, we’d love you to come along, have dinner with us and stay for the meeting afterwards. We encourage people to attend a few times first - it’s important you get a feel for who we are, what we do, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.

🌭 Fundraiser Alert – Tyntynder CWA at Bunnings BBQ! 🌭

This Saturday 18th October, the Tyntynder CWA will be firing up the BBQ at Bunnings Swan Hill from 8am – 4pm.

Come down for your classic Bunnings sausage in bread and support your local community while you’re at it! 💪 no bake stall this time Sorry 😞

💵 Cash preferred, but we’ll also have EFTPOS available from 10am – 12:30pm ish.

✨ Who are the CWA?
The Country Women’s Association is part of your community — and every dollar raised goes straight back into local causes. Thanks to your ongoing support, we’ve helped fund:
• MRI machine for Swan Hill Hospital
• Riding for the Disabled
• The Good Kitchen
• Jacaranda Lodge Aged Care
• Resus equipment for local swimming pools
• Rotary Swan Hill’s Domestic Violence Housing Project
…and plenty more!

As the curtain closes on another incredible Melbourne Royal Show, we want to send a heartfelt thank you — to our amazing CWA of Victoria members who volunteered their time, energy and talent over the past 11 days.

A big thank you also goes to the thousands of show-goers who visited the CWA Cafeteria to share a scone (or two!) with us. 🫶

Your support helps us continue our vital work supporting vulnerable women, children and families across the state.

We couldn’t do it without you. 💐

🌸 What a successful Swan Hill Show for the Tyntynder CWA Branch! 🌸

We’re thrilled to share that our branch won Best CWA Exhibit, standing out amongst all our neighbouring branches! 👏

Alongside this achievement, many of our members also entered and excelled in other show categories outside the CWA competition — a true testament to the talent, creativity, and community spirit within our group.

A huge well done to all our members, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped prepare, set up, pack down, and visited our display over the weekend.
What a fantastic team effort — we couldn’t be prouder! 💐
