Welcome to Healthy Ageing Partnerships (HAP)

At Healthy Ageing Partnerships, our shared mission is to empower, connect, and inform older adults so they can lead healthy, active, and fulfilling lives. HAP promotes healthy ageing initiatives across the Sunshine Coast by bringing people, organisations, and ideas together. Through a network of collaborative partnerships, we foster opportunities for o

lder adults to stay informed, engaged, and supported in all aspects of life. By working collectively, we achieve more than any one individual or organisation could alone. We’re proud to collaborate with an inspiring group of partners including:

Country to Coast PHN

Sunshine Coast Council

EveryAGE Counts

Sage Care Advice

I Age Well

Relationships Australia

Maroochy Home Assist

60 Plus Playground

U3A (University of the Third Age)

Together, we are building a more inclusive, age-friendly community where older people can thrive—through meaningful connections, lifelong learning, accessible services, and a celebration of every stage of life.

Mingary Care is a not-for-profit charity delivering free, short term crisis palliative care and end-of-life services for people on the Sunshine Coast. They are hosting a wonderful fundraiser to raise funds to provide compassionate support for individuals and families in their home. Can you help Bruce? We don't want him to hang out to dry :)
