Shifting Sands Support Services Like the shifting sands that are constantly changing, we adapt to the needs of our participants

All support workers have lived experience within the community services sector or have worked in such roles as case managers, youth workers, or disability lifestyle facilitators. Support Services Session available in Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We pride our organization on being:
• Cultural diverse
• Building rapport with participants and family
• Dynamic thinking
• Quality individual boutique supports for every participant. We provide supports services such as:
• Community Access
• Independent Living Skills
• Respite
• In-home care
• Cultural Workshops (Currently being implemented)

We currently provide quality support for participants with psychological disabilities, Autism , Adhd, Di-Gerige Sydrome , high anxiety, and Mental Health diagnosis.

If you’re someone who loves making a difference, building genuine connections and supporting people to live life on their own terms, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for people who are:
✨ Reliable, friendly and compassionate
✨ Confident communicators
✨ Person-centred and respectful
✨ Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
✨ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in disability support, mental health or youth work is highly desirable, however we’re also interested in people who bring the right attitude, values and willingness to learn.
