As we come to the end of the 2026 Apple & Grape Harvest Festival, I reflect on my last few months as an ambassador. It's been a privilege to share this experience with four amazing young women and all those involved behind the scenes for the iconic Apple & Grape Harvest Festival.

From the events to the laughs and everything in between, it's been a truly special few months, and I'm grateful for the friendships and memories we've made along the way. Since being an ambassador, I have had many milestones, such as graduating from high school and learning and gaining more competencies with SES. My peers in the Apple & Grape Ambassador Quest were there to support and share each experience.

A big thank you to all the sponsors and donors who make the Ambassador Quest possible each year, and to our friends and families for their constant support and encouragement.

A special thank you to the Stanthorpe State Emergency Service for their support and for everything they do for our community.

I feel lucky to have been part of this experience and to represent our community. I thought I'd like to share some highlights from the last few months.

These incredible volunteers don’t only make amazing first responders, they also make great designers!
Thank you all involved, volunteering and working hard to make this possible!
Come along to the grand parade on the 7th of March to see the finished project along with all the other incredible floats from different community organisations , ambassadors and businesses have put together!

In times of need, it’s people like this who step up without hesitation.
Just like the heart of the Apple & Grape Harvest Festival, it’s about community, connection, and coming together when it matters most.
There are a few local faces currently up in Central, and North Queensland, giving their time to support other communities throughout the recent and on going weather events. Lending a hand and representing our community with pride.
It’s truly incredible to have these orange legends as a sponsor for my ambassador journey, and an absolute privilege to work alongside such dedicated and selfless people. Truly inspiring 🧡
