National Champion!
Year 9 MSA Springfield Student, Claire, recently attended the Aussie Gold Cheer and Dance All Abilities National Championship in Adelaide.

Claire does dance with an all-abilities dance troupe and was lucky enough to participate in and win at the National Championships over the weekend.
While at the Championships, Claire met with dancers from around Australia and members of the Australian team that will be competing in America next year.

Claire said “I was so excited to take part and show that people with a disability can dance just like everyone else, winning was totally overwhelming and it feels amazing to be a National Champion. Dance is my sport and I love it."

🎉A huge congratulations to Isabella for her incredible performance at the State Titles!🏅
Isabella brought home 1st place in the 800m and discus, 2nd in the 400m, and 3rd in the 200m. She now moves on to the National Championships in just 4 weeks!
