πŸ” Community Callout: Specialist Support Coordinator needed

One of our participants at Lojic is looking for a registered Specialist Support Coordinator, ideally based in Northern NSW, with experience in SDA and autism.

Current supports are stable and their family is on the lookout for someone who can tie it all together and help progress their journey to their forever home.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who could be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you. Drop a comment, tag someone, or send us a message.

Let's find the right person to make this happen 🏑

A Behaviour Support Plan is a personalised, evidence-based document designed to help everyone around a person (family, carers, teachers, support workers) understand how to best support them in everyday life.

Rather than being a set of rules, it's a bit more like roadmap built around understanding: what matters to the person, what's working well, and what they need to thrive.

At Lojic, every BSP we develop is:
✦ Person-centred, built around the individual, not from a bank of generic strategies
✦ Collaborative, shaped with the individual, their families, carers and support teams
✦ Practical, with clear, everyday strategies anyone can follow
✦ Respectful, honouring dignity, choice and independence

We think that great support doesn't start with a document. Instead, it starts with understanding the person, and the BSP is how we turn that understanding into action.

πŸŽ‰ Fun Friday! If you were an emoji, which one would you be?

We asked the Lojic team and got everything from β˜• (don't talk to me before coffee) to πŸ¦‹ (always growing and changing) to πŸ”₯ (bringing the energy every day).

Now it's your turn! Drop your emoji in the comments and tell us why. There's no wrong answer; we just want to get to know you better.

LOJIC LABS: Before and After πŸ”¬

Reading about what to do β‰  knowing what to do in the moment.

BEFORE: Passive scenario practice where learners read, think, and take notes. Static. One-dimensional. Easy to forget.

AFTER: Interactive scenario practice where learners make real choices and receive instant, meaningful feedback. They see the consequences, learn from mistakes, and build decision-making confidence in a safe environment.

When it matters mostβ€”in high-pressure, real-world situationsβ€”your team needs more than theory. They need practice that sticks.

At Lojic, we design eLearning that turns knowledge into action through interactive scenarios, branching decision-making, and instant feedback loops. Because learning should feel real, not theoretical.

Want to transform your training from passive to powerful? Let's talk.

Strong culture isn't built in team meetingsβ€”it's built in the tiny, everyday moments that matter most.

When someone admits a mistake, do you support or dismiss? When someone looks overwhelmed, do you walk past or check in? Those micro-moments shape how safe people feel at workβ€”and they define the culture you're actually building, not just the one you talk about.

Watch the full video to discover simple, powerful ways to strengthen your team culture through everyday actions.

Want to build a culture of psychological safety and trust across your organisation? At Lojic and the EnterTrain Academy, we design leadership programs that turn values into actions. Get in touch.
