Welcome back, Yesenia! 👏

Yesenia Molina Baron has returned to the Lojic Behaviour Support team after parental leave, and we couldn't be happier to have her back.

Yesenia is a Behaviour Support Practitioner (MSW, GradCert ABA) who works with people of all ages, including individuals with complex presentations. She takes the time to understand each participant's needs and strengths, and builds practical, person-centred strategies alongside the people we support, their families, carers and support teams.

With Yesenia back on deck, we have capacity for new referrals across the Gold Coast region. Ready to refer? Submit a new referral here.

🔍 Community Callout: Specialist Support Coordinator needed

One of our participants at Lojic is looking for a registered Specialist Support Coordinator, ideally based in Northern NSW, with experience in SDA and autism.

Current supports are stable and their family is on the lookout for someone who can tie it all together and help progress their journey to their forever home.

A Behaviour Support Plan is a personalised, evidence-based document designed to help everyone around a person (family, carers, teachers, support workers) understand how to best support them in everyday life.

Rather than being a set of rules, it's a bit more like roadmap built around understanding: what matters to the person, what's working well, and what they need to thrive.

At Lojic, every BSP we develop is:
✦ Person-centred, built around the individual, not from a bank of generic strategies
✦ Collaborative, shaped with the individual, their families, carers and support teams
✦ Practical, with clear, everyday strategies anyone can follow
✦ Respectful, honouring dignity, choice and independence

We think that great support doesn't start with a document. Instead, it starts with understanding the person, and the BSP is how we turn that understanding into action.
