Thank you Shire of Yilgarn for your support through the Community Funding Program which enabled us to hold our Bingo Fundraising Night on March 7 which was tremendously successful. There were many components behind scenes that the Yilgarn Shire assisted us with and it all came together splendidly on the night. Thanks again!!

As we head into the long-weekend for Easter on our roads, on behalf of the Yilgarn Community Support Group, we wish you travel safely to wherever your destination may be. We recognise that the fuel crisis is playing a big part in everyone's plan but if you are out on the roads and need a break, why not stop at the Southern Cross Driver Reviver for a cuppa and a chat? We open today, Thursday April 2nd, Good Friday April 3rd and Easter Monday April 6th between 10am - 4pm.
No matter where you may be, have a great Easter everyone!

A massive thank you to everyone who came to our Bingo Night Fundraiser last evening☺️. It was a great night with games of not just Bingo but Heads & Tails and the Coin Toss to help keep things lively. It was wonderful to see many families and friends come out to enjoy a Saturday evening🥰.
We went into this not sure what to expect other than to hope that everyone has lots of fun and to raise as much money as possible which does go back into the community, not only to support our local businesses, but assist the vulnerable in their time of need. Needless to say, the night was an overwhelming success; and for our debut of holding an event of this magnitude, we appreciate all the positive and constructive feedback received, so thank you very much. As for whether or not we'll hold another bingo night again ... well, we'll just have to see 😉

Good afternoon Yilgarn residents!

As many may already be aware, the YCSG is currently organising a fundraiser event, the Bingo Night, being held Saturday 7th March.

We have sent letters to business owners requesting donations towards this event but thought we should reach out to everyone else.

If you have anything that you would like to donate that could be used as a prize, please feel free to reach out to either Jodie Karra or Lisa Boso.
We are more than happy to pick up items or they can be dropped off at either the CRC or the Shire Office.

Feel free to also reach out if you would like more information about what our group does to support our amazing community!

Hi Everyone! We've swapped out our 'save the date' poster for one that has more information about our Bingo Night.
It is important that we ask you to RSVP for set-up purposes, plus it gives us a really good indication of how popular this activity is.

First day of Driver Reviver this morning and it's been going well. The wind is welcome but it could tone itself down a bit, it keeps knocking our signs down 🙃 In saying that, its still a nice warm day. On behalf of the Yilgarn Community Support Group (YCSG for short) please travel safely on the roads. There is a lot of traffic today, so please be patient.
