Come and browse a fantastic range of student-made crafts, artwork, gifts and handmade creations, all showcasing the incredible talent, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our students.

Whether you’re looking for a unique keepsake, a special gift, or simply want to support our young makers, there will be plenty of fabulous treasures to discover.

💃🎭 6 Weeks to Go!

State High Day isn’t just about sport—it’s a celebration of the incredible talent and spirit of the State High community.

One of the most anticipated performances each year is the spectacular Bollywood Dance Club halftime show during the First XV Rugby match. Bringing colour, energy and excitement to the field, the dancers are always a crowd favourite and a wonderful showcase of the diverse talents of our students.

From the Main Stage to the sports fields, State High Day is packed with performances, music, culture and community spirit.

SAVE THE DATE: Parent Sub-Committee Meeting Tuesday 16 June at 6pm

All parents are invited to attend the first Sub-committee meeting for the season!
Join us to help support our new MIC and develop the best program for our players. We will be electing President, Secretary and Treasurer, sharing ideas and discussing plans for the 2026 Season. Do one thing to support your daughter at State High!!

We are meeting in the classroom at the bottom of IBlock.
• On foot? Access via the door on Merivale street.
• Need parking? Available via the rollerdoors on the right hand side of Merivale Street, immediately after Glenelg Street. Use gate code 1807 # for both.

🏉 GPS RUGBY ON STATE HIGH DAY! 🏉

One of the great highlights of State High Day each year is the GPS Rugby fixtures — and this year promises to be another brilliant day of schoolboy rugby. 💙❤️💙

On Saturday 18 July, Brisbane State High will take on Terrace in a full day of matches, with the action starting in the morning and building towards the highly anticipated First XV clash at 2:15pm.

Bring your family and friends, enjoy the atmosphere, and get behind our players as they pull on the blue, red and blue.

Whether you’re a current student, parent, old scholar or supporter, there’s nothing quite like State High Day rugby.

🏀 BASKETBALL TAKES CENTRE COURT! 🏀

One of the great highlights of State High Day is the basketball action running throughout the day in the Sports Hall! 💙❤️💙

Expect fast-paced games, big energy, fierce rivalry and plenty of Blue Red Blue spirit from the sidelines. Whether you’re there to support your team, cheer with friends, or simply soak up the atmosphere, the Sports Hall will be buzzing all day long.

This is a short eight-week commitment with content supplied by the P&C, plus the flexibility to work with familiar website platforms such as Wix or Squarespace.
