These practices are enriched by my extensive experience

🥳FIRST SAT MORNING, RIVERLEA Mini Wiggle Sesh!!🥳
Such a blast hanging with these wonderful families. The cool thing about a weekend morning is BOTH parents can make it- yay!!
2year olds+ dancing are the BEST- the moves get me every time 😜🫶🏽
Extra special to see so many old faces whose little baby massage participants are now grown!!!

Mini Wiggle @ Riverlea.

Join us for Mini Wiggle @ Riverlea hosted by Mel from I AM ABLE for a fun experience designed especially for children aged 2- 5 years and their caregivers.
This engaging program encourages little ones to explore their world through music, movement, singing, percussion, role play, relaxation, language, and key word signing.
These interactive sessions offer a relaxed and stimulating space to connect with your child. It’s the perfect way to move, play, and bond together.
Program Details:
When: Saturday- 24th Oct, 7th & 21st Nov & 12th Dec.
⏰ Time: 9am-10am
📍 Where: Riverlea Sales Discovery Centre, 9 Bonnin Cres, Riverlea Park.
👶 Who: Children aged 2- 5 years and their adult (older sibling's welcome!)
🎟 Tickets: Book a spot for your child only – adults do not require a ticket.

Please bring a water bottle.
Grown-ups are encouraged to get involved and have fun too!

👌🏽👏🏽👶🏼👨🏽WHAT A MORNING! Man With A Pram the reel says it all: community, care and a HUGE HIGHLIGHT ON MENS PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH!!👏🏽👏🏽

1 in 10 dads will experience perinatal anxiety and depression. It’s real and IT MATTERS. This event gathered us together to walk in support of supporting our dads - wherever they are in their fathering journey.
