Join us for a meditation followed by a Sound Vibration Healing and Cleansing session this Sunday 12/07/26. Bring a yoga mat or pillow if you would like to lay on the floor. Stay and have a chat and cuppa after.

Location: The hall beside the shed beside the Leichhardt Community centre in Denman Street.
Doors open 1.15pm for a 1.30pm start and we finish round 3.30pm which includes the afternoon tea.

Thank you to everyone who came to our meditation and activity this afternoon. Everyone got something out of the afternoon with lots of sharing and spiritual messages coming from many present. Thanks to all our Guides who worked with us and through us today. Wonderful to see the progress people are making.

Don't worry if you don't, just come along and try our tea blends. These are great for your mind, body and spirit. Ulli from Ulli's New Age Rockz is sharing her knowledge with us as we get to try out some very useful healing herbs. She will have 15g bags of herbal blends for sale for $6 for those who want to purchase them. As usual we will begin the afternoon with a meditation. You will find us in the hall in Denman Street Leichhardt which is part of the Leichhardt One Mile Community Centre. We aim to finish at 3.30pm and the cost is $7.50.
