𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐓𝐎𝐘𝐒 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄!

On behalf of our new collaboration with Birrang Enterprises and in conjunction with the V.E.S.P.A program, we are asking for your help please!

We kindly ask for any items of clothing, shoes, or toys; that can make a difference to children aged 18 years and under!

Birrang is based in Orange NSW and caters to a wide range of services working with regional communities all over NSW and as far as Broken Hill!

Kindly drop off at SCC by appointment please or during opening hours.

Thanks folks
🙏🥰

Profound gratitude and appreciation to the 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & their Saver Plus program in conjunction with ANZ Australia that has enrolled our 58 𝐕.𝐄.𝐒.𝐏.𝐀 recipients and paid out over $29,000!

We have also been privileged and honoured to be enrolled into the 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝟑𝟔𝟎 programs, starting with an extremely generous delivery from 𝐍𝐢𝐤𝐞 - just under $9,000 worth of shoes delivered to SCC!

**In the interest of full transparency, SCC must provide impact stories from the V.E.S.P.A recipients that receive the very generous donation. The shoes are supplied free of charge by Good360 and cannot be raffled, sold or used for fundraising by SCC or the recipient.

𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐒 has been phenomenal as well, offering our volunteers brand-new, latest-design footwear - super proud to be enrolled in their Community Sustainability Program.

On behalf of the SCC community - deepest gratitude and appreciation for all the support and blessings!

60,000 registered Charities in Australia
9,500 Charities entered into the My Giving Circle grant competition.

Serenity Care Connection finished 75th across all of Oz, NZ and Asia!

Thank you 🙏 to everyone who voted ✅, and to be listed in the top 100 is an incredible honour, especially alongside such esteemed organisations!

Also to have even been nominated for the prestigious Zayed Sustainability Prize and just miss out on entering the final top 50 phase internationally for our S.O.R.T.E.D ™️ program is truly humbling too!

Serenity Care Connection is however, invited to attend the United Nations Water 💧 conference in December during our humanitarian world 🌏 tour!

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 - 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐜𝐨!

Our appreciation towards Costco Wholesale Australia 🇦🇺 has NO limits!

As we prepared to source and collect gifts 🎁 for our Christmas 🎄 appeal, we received a call in front of a Costco manager saying we were unsuccessful in obtaining a pallet load of items.

Within a couple of hours, that Costco manager had arranged - not one pallet, but one pallet from EACH of the Costco warehouses in NSW!!

Not only will this assist many families during a very stressful time of year with this troubling burden of everyday living expenses but it will absolutely brighten the lives of many that are facing the uncertainty of the current times!

There are never enough words to express the endless gratitude and immense support that Costco has shown us and the community!

𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐘 for most ‘Labour of Love’ Month for SCC!

No quote is quite profound enough to even begin to express the past few weeks we have had!

From our first two blossoming social enterprises coming out of our Hear Us 24/7™️ initiative to the incredibly generous grants, sponsorships, and donations to our United 🇺🇳 Nations humanitarian projects!

Each blessing, deserves its own post and especially each amazing sponsor and business that has supported us - absolutely needs to be acknowledged and thanked individually!

Watch this space and we will make more of an effort to consistently update, before we head off overseas!

Humbled and honoured but as always;

Without our volunteers we are NOTHING!
With them - we are EVERYTHING!
🙌💪🙏🥰

And the winner of the Manor Community Grant is…

Serenity Care Connection!

This wonderful local NFP and its incredible crew of volunteers help bring sustainability to the forefront by reducing food wastage from local businesses and helping connect that food to locals experiencing food insecurity. Imagine helping prevent up to 5 tonnes of food a day from going to waste.

We’ll be dropping by for a visit soon, and can’t wait to see how they’ll be putting our $1,000 Community Grant towards the incredible work they do.

Thank you to everyone who nominated a local group for the grant. We thoroughly enjoyed reading through the hundreds of entries and hearing stories about some incredible groups in our community. What a way to end the week!

❤️ WHAT IF YOUR VOICE COULD HELP CHANGE SOMEONE’S LIFE?

Every day, Serenity Care Connection moves tonnes of food into our community.

But we know food is only part of the solution.

A box of food can help a family get through today.

But what can we do to help make tomorrow easier?

How can we reduce the cost of living?
How can we reduce waste?
How can we help people become more connected, independent and secure?
How can we make our communities more liveable?
And most importantly — what are we missing?

That’s where HEAR US 24/7™️ plays a part!

📣 We want to hear from YOU!

Your idea 💡
Your experience 🙌
Your concern 🤔
Your solution 💪
Your vision for a better community 🤩

It doesn't matter who you are, where you come from or whether your idea is big or small.

If you see a problem, let us know.
If you have an idea, share it.
If you know a better way, connect with us so we can work with our resources and let them HEAR US.

Because Serenity Care Connection isn't just about moving tonnes of food every day.

We're about finding the long-term solutions that can make a real difference to people's lives.

Sometimes it starts with a conversation.

And sometimes it starts with one person saying:

“I have an idea…”
