We're all set for perfect conditions for a morning's walk or run tomorrow at Samford Parklands parkrun. 16 sunny degrees forecast for 7AM.

Tighten your shoelaces and come on down to the grassy knoll to help us celebrate parkrun's 22nd Birthday 🎂*

See you for the 6:50 briefing... and Tu-Tus for the 22 are most welcome!!

Nice job this morning to all those Footy Fanatics who came donned out in support of your favourite team. Finals are here and we're loving every minute!
Awesome effort to the runners and walkers who attended.. and as usual the Volunteer brigade came out in force to ensure today's event was achievable and safe. Thanks for your time.
Have a great weekend... and go 🦁
