Before we formally announce our 2027 Singing Heroes, it seems only fitting to show some serious love to previous Singing Heroes who joined us on Tuesday for a special connection and networking event at the Samford Community Hub.

🎤 Ten voices. Ten incredible people. Eight exciting performances. One extraordinary cause.**

Something VERY exciting is happening tomorrow! 👀

Behind the scenes, we've been getting ready to introduce the next group of everyday heroes who are about to take on an extraordinary challenge.

Over the coming months, they'll be stepping outside their comfort zones, rallying their communities and raising vital funds to help The Carers Foundation Australia bring our vision for a dedicated 24/7 Healing and Recovery Centre for family carers to life.

And on Saturday 12 June 2027, they'll take to the stage for our next Unsung Heroes Gala! ✨

But behind every moment you see in this reel is a much bigger vision. 💙

Through Unsung Heroes, we're raising funds to help The Carers Foundation Australia establish Australia’s first dedicated 24/7 Healing and Recovery Centre for family carers.

A place where carers experiencing exhaustion or crisis can access support, short-term accommodation and the opportunity to focus on their own wellbeing.

Because the people who spend their lives caring for others deserve somewhere to turn when they need care themselves.

🎤🎤🎤 SUPERSTAR WARNING!!!

✨ This incredible 11-year-old has followed through on a promise made at Unsung Heroes earlier this year! Ashton joined our Founding Director Ronnie Benbow OAM on-stage to introduce Darren Percival and mentioned he'd love to be a singer next year... and here he is... announcing his participation as a Singing Hero for 2027!

Joined bny his mum Jennie, this superstar in the making will take to the stage in 2027 in recognition of the work he and his family do to support his brother who needs 24/7 care.

Carers come in all shapes, sizes and ages, and we're so proud of Ashton for making this commitment and shining a light on carers and all that they do for the ones they love.

✨ 2027... HERE WE COME! ✨

Can you believe it? It's been over four months since our incredible Unsung Heroes Gala earlier this year, which means 2027 is approaching faster than we would like!

With that said, we're VERY excited to share that our 2027 Unsung Heroes Gala is locked in and our Singing Heroes are already kicking off their fundraising campaigns.

We'll be announcing our first singing hero later this week, so make sure you're following us on all the platforms so you don't miss a thing!

This annual gala is helping us to fundraise for Australia's first 24/7 Healing and Recovery Centre for carers, a Centre much-needed given the current carer crisis.

UNSUNG HERO LEGACY 💙

These incredible humans... yes, we're pointing at you previous Singing Heroes... have created a legacy that continues to give!

Each year, our Singing Heroes band together to raise funds for Australia's first 24/7 Healing and Recovery Centre. And a new group of amazing individuals will become part of this legacy as we forge forward to 2027.

First though, a huge thank you to all of these Singing Heroes for the work you have done already and for the community you are growing to support future singers on their fundraising journey.

Together, we will use our voices to speak up for carers and ensure they get the support the need and deserve!
