FReeZA is a youth development program that provides opportunities for young Victorians aged 12-25 across metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria to access live music events and other cultural, recreational and artistic events that are drug, alcohol and smoke-free in supervised and safe venues. Propellor is open to all young people in Wellington aged 14 - 25 years who love music, want to learn more about the industry, want to provide some great opportunities for young people across the shire to not only access some terrific events, but to get a chance to perform at some as well!
