Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming 7 incredible women into our Rotary family. Each brings unique experiences, perspectives, skills and a shared passion for community impact and service.

From community engagement and leadership to advocacy, business and volunteering, these women reflect the growing diversity, strength and future of Rotary.

Their willingness to serve, connect and contribute reminds us that Rotary continues to evolve through people who care deeply about making a difference — both locally and globally. 🌏💙

We are excited for the journey ahead and grateful to have these new members as part of our Rotary community.

What an incredible day at the Lindfield Fun Run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💛

From the very first volunteers setting up before sunrise, to the cheering crowds, school communities, sponsors, marshals and smiling runners crossing the finish line — the energy throughout the day was truly something special.

Events like this are a beautiful reminder of what community is all about: people coming together to support one another, encourage healthy lifestyles, create connections and make a positive impact locally.

A huge thank you to every volunteer, sponsor, participant, school and supporter who helped make the event such a success. Your time, enthusiasm and generosity are what bring these community events to life.

We are so proud to be part of a community that continues to show up, give back and support one another with such heart.

Here’s to many more moments of connection, service and community spirit together. 💛

As we wrap up National Volunteer Week, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who showed up and gave their time so generously at this year’s Lindfield Fun Run.

From the early morning set up crew, registrations, course marshals, water stations, cheering squads, BBQ teams and pack down crew — our club truly turned up in full force.

Events like the Lindfield Fun Run are only possible because of volunteers who are willing to step in, help out and serve the community with heart. Beyond the event itself, it is the friendships, teamwork, laughter and shared purpose that make volunteering so meaningful.

Thank you to every volunteer, sponsor, supporter and participant who helped make the day such a success. We are proud to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another.

Here’s to continuing to serve, connect and make a difference together — well beyond National Volunteer Week. 💛

The excitement is building, and the Lindfield Fun Run is nearly here!

Today, members of Rotary Club of Ku-ring-gai are at Bunnings Chatswood supporting the FightMND fundraising campaign. 💙

Throughout the day, our members are jumping in and out on sausage sizzle duty alongside the Bunnings team to help support this important cause.

If you are around and thinking of grabbing a sausage sizzle this weekend, head on down to Bunnings Chatswood and support the fundraiser while you are there.

It is always encouraging to see the community, volunteers and local organisations come together behind a shared purpose and cause.

Today, the incoming board members of the Rotary Club of Ku-ring-gai attended the District 9685 Assembly – Club Leads Enrichment & Strategy Day 2026 at Western Sydney University in Parramatta.

It was a meaningful day of learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with fellow Rotary clubs from across the district. Discussions focused on the future of Rotary, strengthening membership and retention, sharing resources, and finding more ways to collaborate across clubs and communities.

As part of the wider network of Rotary clubs across the North Shore and Northern Beaches, we value the opportunity to work alongside others who are equally passionate about service and community impact.

Thank you to everyone involved in organising the day and creating space for clubs to come together, reflect, and plan for the future.

At the Rotary Club of Ku-ring-gai, supporting the Dementia Café in West Pymble is one of the many ways we stay connected with our local community.

Through regular involvement, our members help create a welcoming and inclusive space for people living with dementia, their carers, families and supporters — a place built on conversation, connection and community.

These gatherings are a reminder that meaningful impact often comes through consistency, compassion and simply showing up for one another.

We are proud to continue supporting initiatives that strengthen dignity, belonging and social connection within our community.

The recent Monday was a wonderful evening at our club meeting as we officially inducted two new members into our growing community.

Moments like these are always special — a reminder of the people behind Rotary and the shared commitment to service that brings us together.

We were also fortunate to have Fiona Anson and Nikki Scaife from No Loose Ends join us as guest speakers. They shared practical and thought-provoking insights on planning and preparedness — an important topic that resonates with many in our community.
