🤍 I’m opening a few new client spaces.

Life can become incredibly overwhelming sometimes. We can find ourselves anxious, stuck, disconnected from ourselves, or simply carrying more than we were ever meant to carry alone.

I offer gentle, trauma aware coaching with a focus on nervous system regulation, self awareness, and helping you reconnect with yourself.

Sessions are available:

💻 Online via Zoom

To make it easier for people to experience this work, I’m offering an introductory 60 minute session for $90.

This is a space without judgement, without pressure, and without needing to have it all together. Just a space where you can slow down, breathe, be heard, and begin coming home to yourself.

We often think nervous system regulation means becoming calm all the time.
It doesn’t.
It means building the capacity to stay present with whatever life brings. 🤍

✨ The goal isn’t to get rid of emotions.
✨ The goal isn’t to feel less.
✨ The goal is to increase our capacity to stay with what we feel without being pulled into survival mode.

When our nervous system becomes dysregulated, our body believes we’re under threat. We lose access to clear thinking, we become reactive, and everything suddenly feels overwhelming.
That’s the part we struggle with.
Not the emotion itself.
More often than not, it’s our resistance to the emotion, and the dysregulated state that comes with it, that feels unbearable.

The work is to gently return to the body:

🌿 Notice what’s happening.
🌿 Allow the feelings to be there.
🌿 Stay with your experience instead of fighting it.
🌿 Build your capacity, little by little.

As that capacity grows, the emotions don’t have to disappear.
They can simply exist.
Sadness can be there.
Fear can be there.
Grief can be there.
Joy can be there.
And you remain with yourself.

Life doesn’t stop bringing challenges, but your nervous system no longer experiences every wave as something that will drown you.
You become the space that can hold your experience, rather than being swept away by it.
That’s what regulation is.
Not becoming numb.
Becoming spacious enough to feel life fully.

You don't exist.

At first, this sounds strange.

But if you look closely, the "you" that you defend, worry about, compare with others, and try so hard to improve is mostly a story made of memories, opinions, and labels.

Thoughts come and go.
Emotions come and go.
Experiences come and go.

Yet something is always here, silently aware of it all.

When the idea of being a separate person relaxes, life becomes lighter. There is less struggle, less resistance, and less need to control everything.

Life continues.

Only the burden of carrying a fictional "me" begins to disappear.
