This beautiful class will bring in the tranquility of forest bathing without actually going into the forest. Yes as crazy as that sounds - we will replicate all the feels of nature.

This afternoon is for you if you are wondering what Forest Bathing - The art of Shinrin Yoku is all about?

What does an experience actually look and feel like? This experience will reduce stress and tension and provide a safe space for you to feel in a sanctuary of calmness and tranquility. Imagine stress and tension melting away as you transform your world into a peaceful oasis, immersed fully in the serenity of nature.

Carolyn will bring her usual care and love of all things healthy and vibrant as you relax and enjoy. Using your senses of smell, sound and visualisation you will drift off in no time to a world that only you can create. Tucked away in peace and nature.

Be prepared to learn a little, enjoy your time and come away recharged.
You will love it.
