COFFS COAST WOMEN — THIS ONE’S FOR YOU 💛

If you’ve been saying “I need to do something for myself”… this is your sign to actually put something in the diary.

On Saturday 17 October, The Good Vibe Tribe is taking over the Red Rock Multi Use Centre for a full day of connection, creativity, movement, beautiful food and trying something new.

No experience needed. No pressure to be “good” at anything. And you absolutely do not need to bring a friend — come solo and you’ll be welcomed straight in.

You’ll experience:

🌿 Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
🕯 Crystal-infused candle making
🎨 Beginner portrait sketching
💃 Gentle belly dance
🍴 Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea
💛 A full day where someone else has organised everything

We’ve already sold more than half of the places, and with only 20 guests in total, the little group is filling up.

So if this has been sitting in your saved posts, your group chat or the “maybe I should…” part of your brain…

Get it out of the group chat and into real life.
