Hello Friends!

I'm very excited to announce that a good friend of mine, Shannon, will be running the London Marathon this year with Spinal Research - the UK's leading charity that funds research to develop effective treatments for spinal cord injury.

Shannon has the following kind words to say:

Spinal Research is a cause that means a lot to me personally. One of my closest mates, Ben Kende, suffered a spinal injury while playing rugby in 2010 at age 18, and now lives with the life-altering condition of being a quadriplegic.

By participating in the London Marathon, I hope to raise awareness and support for this important cause. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in the lives of people like Ben.
