🌿 Its Carers Week this week and Portland Neighbourhood House is offering Five FREE Hypno-meditation Session for Carers this week 🌿

Feeling like you could use a little more calm, space and support?
Portland Neighbourhood House is offering five free group hypnomeditation sessions with psychotherapist Andrea Lane. These welcoming sessions are open to community members, with a special invitation to unpaid carers. Take time for yourself, slow down and discover simple ways to rest and reset.

A dance studio in Portland got behind a "Tinnies for Vinnies" drive and Delaney collected an amazing 76 items!

Our Glenelg Regional President Chris Pye organised for every one of them to go to Portland Neighbourhood House to help people in the local community.
