We work closely with our international partner agencies and language schools to ensure that both the Au Pair/Demi Pair and the family are well suited and that extensive reference, childcare, police and medical checks are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved. The Host Family and the Au Pair/Demi Pair also complete a face to face interview with Au Pair Connections Australia and also by our partner agency.
