Just had notification that once again these markets have been cancelled due to rain, that’s three times in a row, I can’t believe our bad luck! 😢
Albeit only 2 mm 🤯😫

Finally, thanks to some decent weather, this Sunday, Bassendean Markets at BIC Reserve on Guildford Rd.
I’ll be there from 9am - 1.30pm with my range of Ugly Sweaters.
Sizes XS (standard and extra length) - 3XL (standard and extra length), also a range of greyhound jackets.
Dog friendly, bring your pooches for a fun day of trying on jumpers!
As usual, $15 each (apart from the greyhound jackets) and every cent to the RSPCA ❤️

Another market at Masmill today, apart from some rain unloading it turned into a reasonable day. Quieter than the last market, but any chance to raise money is great, for a great cause.
So the tally was 30 jumpers, $450 to RSPCA, which will equate to $900 by the time donations are doubled in October, not to be sneezed at by any means!

It’s nearly that time again, I’ve been working hard to restock my supplies and I’ll be up at Masonmill in Carmel again on Saturday 18/7 (this Saturday), 10 - 2.
It was such a great market in June and I’m looking forward to adding to my fundraising tally.
As usual, sizes from XS standard and extra long ( for the sausages 😂) to 3XL standard and extra length. Not forgetting some Greyhound coats as well.
Thanks to a huge chap called Spencer with a 100cm chest and 80cm length 😳 (Julie ❤️) I’ve got a 4XL pattern now which I can make to order. Spencer never had a jumper to fit and now he’s cozy and warm along with his brother Harry.
If anyone is unsure of their pooch’s size, you can take a chest and length measurement for me or bring your pooch to the market to try on jumpers.
And if anyone has a BIG boy like Spencer and needs a custom jumper, I’m your go to person!!

Wow, what an amazing market today at Masonmill in Carmel.
A small intimate local market that was supported by so many locals and people who travelled from afar.
A lot of doggy fun, trying on jumpers and choosing colours. It was so lovely to see them all walking around, toasty warm in their Ugly Sweaters. It was chilly up there! 🥶
So, drum roll…………….. 58 x ‘normal’ doggy jumpers and 2 x greyhound coats sold!
This market trumped my previous record by 3 😅
Thank you to Masonmill and the wonderful Bec for all your hard work and allowing us to have this fun market on your premises.
The total raised was $930 minus $16.59 for Square.
$913.40 to RSPCA 🎊❤️

Shame on the weather gods for washing out my last market opportunity, however fear not!
Masonmill is holding a local under cover market on Saturday 20th June, from 10am to 2pm.
I will be there with all my Ugly Sweaters, sizes XS - 3XL standard and extra length, as usual, as well as a selection of greyhound jackets. Dogs allowed so bring your pooches for a fun fitting day.
It’s getting very chilly now so stock up of all your doggy jumpers and support my RSPCA fundraising for this year.

A total of $615 made for the RSPCA thanks to the support of all the wonderful community that attended.
A very generous lady also gave me $50 cash for a sweater, so the rest is a donation. Wow people are just so amazing!
Our boy Wilson certainly enjoyed his piece of birthday cake when we got home. Damn, I could have quite easily enjoyed it too 🤣 Next year they’ll have to organise a ‘ooman’ cake as well 🙏🙌

Next Saturday, 16th May, I will be joining Pet Fresh in Maddington for their huge birthday party. From 9am to 1pm, with cake cutting at 12.
Bring down your pooches, the first 50 will receive a free goodie bag.
I will be there with my Ugly Sweaters, ranging from sizes XS to 3XL in standard and extra length.
Also a range of greyhound coats this year! These range from $30- $40 depending on fabric.
All dogs are welcome to try on their jumpers for size. $15 each for all sizes, double layer fleece.
As usual, 100% of takings are going to RSPCA, so please support this worthy cause.

Thank you to the lovely community of Chidlow for putting on the market today, and supporting my cause.
We raised $410 for the RSPCA and by the time I do my lump sum donation in October, (when all donations get met) that will equate to $820!
Not bad for a few hours of enjoyment and social interaction 😃

Now that the weather is turning and much more dog jumper friendly, I’m starting my fund raising markets again. 😃🎊
Tomorrow I’ll be at the Chidlow Hall Market from 10am - 2pm.
Come and stock up on your pooch’s winter wardrobe.
All sizes from XS to 3XL in both standard and extra length, double layer fleecy for just $15 each for all sizes!
Available this year Greyhound jackets in both fleecy ($30) and polar fleece ($40), also double layered to keep them extra warm.
Absolutely 100% of all takings is donated to RSPCA.
I make all of these from excess fabric in my workroom and endeavour to make these ‘Ugly Sweaters’ as beautiful as possible!
