105 Spider 60th Anniversary Run 🇮🇹

A fantastic turnout today to celebrate 60 years of the Alfa Romeo 105 Spider.

Starting at Kings Park, our convoy of Spiders (joined by plenty of other Alfas) cruised through Perth City, along Riverside Drive, east to Gooseberry Hill and down the Zig Zag Drive before finishing at Nikola Estate.

A beautiful day, a superb range of Spiders and great company. A fitting celebration of one of Alfa Romeo’s most iconic designs.

Cracking night at AROCA WA Member Night 👏

Classics and modern Alfas side by side, great discussion, and a deep dive into the 2020 Giulia Veloce build — from 280 bhp stock to ~326 hp and track-ready.

We wrapped up with some motorsport footage and plenty of chat over pizza and drinks.

Next up: the 60th anniversary of the 105 Spider — Spider-led club run and lunch at Nikola Estate.

Three AROCA WA members, two events, one great day at Wanneroo Raceway.

Morning sprint with HSVOC WA ✔️
Afternoon point-to-point with the MX-5 Club of WA ✔️

Deepak was out in his Lancer, Roberto piloted the Triumph 2500S and the Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce was stretching its legs as well.

Different badges, same passion - getting out and using our cars the way they were meant to be driven.

Well done to everyone who hit the track, and thanks to both host clubs for putting on a fantastic day of grassroots motorsport.

✨AROCA WA – Annual Show ‘n’ Shine at Nikola Estate ✨

What an incredible day in the Swan Valley for our 'Alfisti in the Valley' Show ‘n’ Shine! On Sunday 30th November, with the picturesque grounds of Nikola Estate as our backdrop, we enjoyed a fantastic lineup of Alfa Romeos spanning the decades - from the iconic classics of the 1960s right through to the sharp modern lines of today’s models.

A huge thank you to everyone who brought their pride and joy along and helped make the day such a success.

Special appreciation to our organisers and marshals:

• Sam Tornatore
• Enzo Simeone

And our judges who had the tough job of selecting winners across the decades:
• David Hamlyn
• Scott Constable
• Stephen Gilmour

Special mention also to Rachel Constable for expertly tabulating the results, and to Greg Smith for capturing the event beautifully with his trusty SLR.

This year’s event focused on presentation and visual appeal within each era - a true Show ‘n’ Shine - although we had some stunning original and mechanically authentic examples on display too.
