The Art Sanctuary is continually being shaped by the people who bring their energy, ideas and care into the space.

Our first Busy Bee + Long Table is an invitation to be part of that process.

We'll begin with introductions and an orientation before breaking into small groups for hands-on projects around the Art Sanctuary, which may include:

⟢ Gardening, planting and tending the grounds
⟢ Creative projects and making
⟢ Small building, maintenance or repair projects
⟢ Creative brainstorming and problem-solving

Then we'll gather around the table for a shared meal and community conversation.

Join Ai-Ling at the Art Sanctuary Saturday 15th August for a Cha Dao Tea Ceremony.

We will gather and enjoy moments of stillness overlooking the trees, a moment of reflection and integration followed by a self guided wander around the Art Sanctuary grounds.

This offering is close to our hearts here at the Art Sanctuary as a simple yet profound ritual of reconnection to self.

We can't wait to share it with you and are honoured to have Ai-Ling Truong back again.

That’s a wrap! 🎥

Over the past 10 days, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Malaysian filmmaker, director, and editor Christy Vicknesraj (Christy Vicknesraj) in residence at the Art Sanctuary.

Like a quiet presence behind the scenes, Christy has been capturing the many layers of life here: artists, community, collaborators, facilitators, visitors, elders, nature, the cows, and the moments in between. From the ground, from the sky, and from perspectives we rarely get to see.

Christy, thank you for your care, dedication and for joining us on this journey.

And to everyone who has helped make these past 10 days possible, whether by sharing your time, stories, creativity, presence, support or simply allowing us to capture a glimpse of what makes this place what it is, thank you. This story belongs to many hands, hearts and moments.

We can’t wait to see the story that unfolds. ✨
