I am extremely proud to announce that You Me We Plus has successfully completed its mandatory NDIS mid-term audit. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards in safety, care, and operational governance.

The audit process involved a thorough review of our policies, procedures, and participant and staff records to ensure we continue to operate safely and ethically. I want to thank our dedicated team (The A Team) for all their hard work and dedication and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for their ongoing oversight.

"35 years of lived experience has given me the passion to give back to an industry that has allowed me to be where I am today.
I am very passionate about what I do and have gained some qualifications to compliment this.
In 2017, I became a qualified counselor, and in 2019 I became a registered counselor.
I also have a Diploma in Community Services and a Diploma in Mental Health.
In my spare time I love to garden and I’m also a member of a social motorbike club where we go for rides up in the hills and out to the country. My bike is my psychiatrist."

Someone with a mental health 'lived experience' and is cool about sharing their knowledge and insights in supporting other people on their recovery journey.

Experience would be great....but not essentialial as training provided.

We're offering above award wages and the opportunity to join the close knit and supportive family at You Me We Plus.
