On the 25th April 2016 around 8.am Tayla had left the house of Melissa across the road and returned home exhausted form were she was placed by the Armadale Police night prior..As my parents were on there way to take Tayla back to the farm**.. But she was so tired we choose to let her sleep..at home..
Two days later is Tayla birthday..16 yesrs
Tayla caught up with her Granny Pam Rout with whom she had lunch with at the Dome Armadale .Pam there was a red head Male hanging around out the front on the Dome whom we recognised a male by the name of Jacbo. Mattroli..3 years Tayla age..Pam had ask Tayla who is he.. (my boyfriend)...well Pam said don't you think he's a bit old for you **..
She left with him...
Then on the 6th of May 2016 around 11pm..Tayla ask me if a friend could stay the night as he is homeless...Maybe?..
Who is the person... Jacbo..NO...She plead I gave in.. He came to my home were I laid down the rule's. You stay away from my daughter and don't attempt to sway her..(yes miss Carol)..well around 3.am I went to the room were he wad sleeping..looked through he's bag..
Well boom... bags of white powder and pills...I knew right then he was troubled..
I woke him told him to pack you s**t and get out.. Also stay rite away from Tayla..Understand...
But he never did..He raised he's ugly head on the 10th May 2016..early hours of this morning with Tayla in tow....
There was a knock on the front door Tayla ,was with a male standing aside her..being Jacob..
I said Tayla come inside, but no hoodie is allowed the male walk off towards the front leaving on foot with Tayla right behind him, I pleaded don't go with him...Around 9am Tayla returned home alone.
Tayla and myself spent half the day talking about what she would like to do in near future in her life, as she had just turned 16 years.
Mum I would like to become a midwife or someone whom cares for others
Within the next hour something shifted for the worst a phone call from Jacbo. Tayla stated iam moving out.. She packed her bags and left..
I rang Tayla please call me when you arrive at Ashley Burke place..
I never heard from her or saw her ALIVE again..
Until the 12th May 2016..




My parents arrived at my house to quickly find out

When something goes wrong in the family unit, mother daughter sometimes police are called for assistance..
On the24th April 2016 Armadale Police attended a argument between myself and Tayla in regards to behaviour issues..
In saying the women from across the road known as Mel..was out the front of her house ,(I don't no this person at all)..the police officer turned to her and ask?.. do you no this child?..sort of.. Well can she stay at your house under a act of 72 hour restraining order**wait..I said NO..there's a Family Guardian Court Order in place..for Tayla under Norm Gardiner..you can't do that, I don't no this women..or who is in the house..Police officer took into he's own hands to grant this order against A family Law court order.. to allow a 15 years to stay with three adults..One being a female Melissa, other two males over the age of 30 years..which to my knowledge I didn't no until.. the next morning when Tayla arrived home completely distressed and tired from being locked up in a house with people whom she never knew..
My parents approach thus house with questions to with whom had the authority to over ride the Family Court Order?..
Armadale Police were in control of the decision..Under a court order that they Broke..with no compassion towards the damage they committed that dat and therefore..
This is just how it started..

Unfortunately the Lawyer I had helping me with a Barrister within the Supreme Court, has decided its not in there area of expertise..
Even though they were given x mount of money..
