We encourage people to actively engage in simple daily acts of kindness. We do this by promoting kindness, compassion and give out 'Pay it forward' cards in each of our fitness classes. the world needs more kindness. But the truth is, being kind takes desire, awareness and initiative. So, let's get intentional about our acts of kindness.

Join our Pay As You Feel fitness in the Park classes at Mills Park every Sunday at 7:30am.

All classes are beginner friendly.

This week we have fitness class !
1 pod body weight based exercise
1 pod of weights based exercises
Core pod to finish

What to bring :
Water bottle
Hat and sunglasses
Smile 🙂
If you have any injuries, questions or it’s your first time please come 10mins prior

As we are passionate about making fitness accessible and affordable, our fitness in the park classes are 100% donation-based. Although, there is no obligation too.

You can pay as you feel or as you can afford for the class.

We operate on a donation basis, and once we generate adequate funds, we can allocate funds to engage a diverse range of instructors from different modalities i.e yoga, boxing, zumba etc.

Never we’d imagine an Ironman wearing our merch and yet here we are!!!!

And thank you a million for wearing our hat. We’d like to think that you inspired every athlete and every spectator that you passed along the way🤭🥹

Happy New year ! Wishing you all a happy 2024!

Story time to start the year! 👇🏾👇🏾

During my hot and fatiguing run on Saturday, I briefly stopped at Woodman’s Point to take a photo. While there, I noticed an old lady struggling to pull a heavy cart along the sand dunes onto the footpath. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, as I was focused on finishing my run. However, my second reaction kicked in, prompting me to help her push the cart to an easier terrain and up the hill.

I ran over and pushed to her , she giggled and said “ I thought I became super strong all of a sudden” she then continued to say “ what a gentleman”.
Shortly afterwards, I pressed resume on my Garmin and continued my run.

You might be thinking - Ivan’s boasting about his good deed. I’m not boasting; my initial inclination was to finish my run, but the experience highlighted the opportunity to be kind to others. Wherever you may be!

What I’m trying to say is there is always opportunity to be kind to others. She was with her grandkids, I hope her grandkids witnessed the gesture and pass it on.

Our mission is to motivate our community to do good deeds through fitness.

Come join us for a FREE Yoga Flow this Sunday, December 10 at 7:30 am at Mills Park in Beckenham.

We love meeting new people, creating a safe space, and getting fit while we’re at it.

The beautiful and vibrant Bec will be taking us through the morning. She is an inspiring registered yoga teacher with a special flow in store.

As we get in the midst of the silly season, make sure you find some downtime and reflect on what matters.

What to bring:

• Limited mats will be provided, but it’s best to bring your own.
• Water
• Money for post-coffee sips

Please DO NOT attend if you feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, or sore throat, etc.

Today we dropped off the donations to operation sunshine .

We will be forever grateful and cherish everyone that came through the doors of Novelli pavillion and got involved in our free get low classes. Get low with Nic and her community went above and beyond.

It takes a community to make this happen. Thank you to everyone who did not go to the classes but donated also. Operation Sunshine WA provide care packs to women, children, young people, and families impacted by violence and abuse or in crisis

Our mission is to change the community through doing one good deed at a time through fitness.
