4 x Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cadets and Trainees to join the First Nations Engagement in School Infrastructure team.

This is a deadly opportunity for young Mob wanting to build skills, gain experience and start strong career pathways.

About the role + students:
• A 2-year paid program with strong support, training and development to build skills and confidence. Many participants have gone on to secure full-time employment afterwards.
• Open to students currently studying business, project management, communications, marketing, community engagement, or similar fields.
• Also open to recent school leavers who are keen to enrol in a Cert IV in Business or Project Management while completing the program.

About the First Nations Engagement in School Infrastructure (FNESI) Program:

The FNESI program works alongside Aboriginal businesses and communities to maintain over 2,200 public schools across NSW, while strengthening Aboriginal procurement and engagement across School Infrastructure.

Through this work, we’re creating real employment, economic opportunities and career pathways for Mob.
