🌈 What a wonderful morning at playgroup! 🌈

We had such a great turnout today for our final playgroup session before the school holiday break — especially impressive considering the heat! ☀️🥵

Today we also held our AGM and reflected on all the wonderful achievements and highlights from the past year. We’re holding our AGM a little earlier than usual this year as our volunteer coordinator will soon be taking some well-deserved time off to welcome a new little baby! 👶💕

There have been so many highlights this year, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful group of families joining us each week. ❤️ It’s the families who make our playgroup such a special, warm and welcoming place for everyone.

With the heat today, lots of our little ones enjoyed playing inside with our vast array of toys, while others got creative at the playdough and craft tables. 🎨🧸

Outside, there were kids zooming around in cars 🚗, playing chasing games on the grass, and kicking balls ⚽. We certainly had plenty of happy — but very hot and red! — little faces by the end of the morning! 😂☀️

We’ll now be taking a two-week break for the school holidays. Our return date will be posted here as soon as it’s confirmed.

Have a fantastic and relaxing two weeks, everyone! 💕 We hope you enjoy the break and we can’t wait to see you all again in two weeks for another wonderful term of playgroup! 🌈

☀️ What a lovely sunny day at playgroup! 🌸

We had such a wonderful morning of playing, creating and connecting at playgroup today. Our little ones made the most of both our indoor and outdoor spaces, with lots of fun and imagination on display!

🎨 At the craft table, children made beautiful flowers on a stick, while others got creative with playdough.

🎶 Our budding mini musicians enjoyed making music with our collection of musical toys — we may have some future rock stars in the group! 😉

🚗 Outside, the sunshine was perfect for kicking balls, driving toy cars, blowing bubbles and exploring our outdoor toys.

We finished our session with our favourite group time, where we sang songs, played with the parachute and enjoyed some games together. It was a lovely way to finish a busy morning of play and fun. 🌈

💛 Thank you to everyone who came along today! We are so grateful to all the families who make our playgroup such a welcoming and fun place to be. As a volunteer-run playgroup, it is wonderful to see our community growing, and we would love to welcome more local families to join us.

🎉 Next week is our last playgroup of the term! We hope to see all our wonderful playgroup families there, and we'd especially love to meet some new faces too.

Come along, have a play, meet some other families and enjoy a morning together. We can't wait to see you! 💛

🎨✨ What a wonderfully messy morning we had! ✨🎨

Today we were so excited to welcome Messy Makers to our playgroup — and the kids absolutely LOVED getting messy! 🥰

There were lots of opportunities to squish, explore, create and get hands-on with different sensory activities. It was fantastic watching the children dive in, use their imaginations and enjoy learning through play. And, of course, there were plenty of very messy little hands (and probably a few messy clothes too! 😂).

Messy and sensory play is not only lots of fun, but also gives children opportunities to explore different textures, colours and experiences while developing skills such as fine and gross motor skills, problem solving, communication and interaction.

🌈 Looking for a friendly playgroup?
We’re a not-for-profit, volunteer-run group welcoming babies through to preschoolers. We meet every Monday from 9.30am–11.30am and would love for you to come along, have a play and meet our lovely little community! 💛.

We had such a lovely playgroup this morning, with lots of children and families enjoying time together on our beautiful grounds. 💛

The children made the most of our wonderful outdoor space, enjoying a picnic with their families and friends on the lawn, kicking balls, pushing toys, playing with baby dolls and prams, and even getting busy “mowing the grass” with our toy lawn mowers! 🚜🌱

Inside, there was plenty happening too, with playdough, Lego, toy cars and our baby toys proving especially popular with our youngest members. 🧸🧱

We finished our morning together with group time, enjoying parachute games and singing songs underneath our shady trees on the beautiful grassed area. 🌳🎶

Our playgroup is volunteer-run and meets every Monday during school terms, from 9.30am–11.30am.

✨ If you’ve been looking for a friendly, relaxed playgroup, come and join us! ✨

It’s not too late to come along and try — we’d love to meet you and your family. New families are always welcome! 💕

What a beautiful sunny morning we had at playgroup today! ☀️🌿

Our little ones made the most of both our indoor and outdoor spaces, with plenty of fun, creativity and exploring.

🎨 Indoors, our craft and playdough table was a big hit! The children created some wonderful octopus masterpieces 🐙, while our youngest playgroup participants enjoyed exploring our fantastic range of baby toys.

🌱 Outdoors, there was just as much happening! The children ran around on the grass, kicked balls and became mini investigators, taking a closer look at our outdoor toys, plants, flowers, grass and all the interesting things to discover in our beautiful outdoor space.

Our playgroup is volunteer-run and meets every Monday from 9:30–11:30am during school terms. It’s a lovely opportunity for children to play, explore and create, while parents and carers connect with other local families. 💛

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, we’d love to see you! Come and join us for a morning of play, friendship and fun. 🧸✨

🌈 What a wonderful morning at playgroup yesterday! 🌈

We had a fantastic turn out at playgroup yesterday morning, despite the cold and windy weather! ❄️💨 Thankfully, we had our lovely indoor space to keep everyone warm and out of the wind.

The children had a wonderful time getting creative with craft 🎨, making and playing with playdough, and exploring our many toys. Our play kitchen, Lego and baby toys for our youngest little ones were especially popular! 🧸🧱🍳

Even with the chilly breeze the children still enjoyed our impressive grounds by running around, kicking balls and zooming about in our toy cars. 🚗⚽️.

We finished our morning together with group time, singing songs and enjoying a fun game of Ring-a-Ring o' Rosie. 🎶

Thank you to all the families who joined us — it was lovely to see so many happy little faces! 💛 We can’t wait to see everyone again next time! 🌻
