EVENT POSTPONED!!

Unfortunately, due to the weather continuing to cause problems, we will need to postpone the Karumba IWD event scheduled for this weekend.

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, ladies, and we appreciate your understanding. We’ll look to set a new date once the wet season has passed and conditions improve.

Thank you to all the beautiful ladies who joined us for our Normanton International Women’s Day celebration ✨

It was wonderful to catch up with familiar faces and meet some lovely new ones who have joined our community.

A huge thank you to Johnty O’Brien for helping with the set up 🙌🏼 Your height definitely came in handy and was very much appreciated! 😄

We’ve now locked in a new date for our Karumba event so keep your eyes peeled for the details coming soon 👀✨

💥✨💫 Sponsor Shoutout - International Women's Day Celebrations ✨💥💫

We are extremely grateful for the following local businesses for supporting our celebrations this year! It is great to see them getting behind the women of our shire 🥰🙌

Sibanye Stillwater have generously paid for the nibbles provided at our (postponed ☹️) Karumba Event.

Bynoe CACS are supplying some food for our Normanton event to complement everyone's dishes!

Carpentaria Shire Council has provided us with a dry ☔ space to host our event (thank goodness!)

Normanton Foodworks is making sure we have plates and cutlery 🍽 (the essentials!)

Gulf Veterinary Services has donated us some Yetis for lucky door prizes this Sunday, another great reason to come along and celebrate 🍀
