We’re hard at work putting the finishing touches on the 99th Annual MLTC Easter Tournament! 🍫🎾✨
It’s our favorite time of year, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you back, soak up the energy, and reunite with our favorite familiar faces both on and off the courts!
Entries will be opening THIS Friday night at 6pm. Last year, entries were filled in record time, so it’s well and truly time to get your doubs partners sorted.
REMINDERS
🐰U10, U12 & U14 events with greater than 8 entries will become elimination events (8 game set). Those with 8 entries or less will remain round robin.
🐰Family doubles – Round robin (no winner) will require one team member to be 14 years of age or younger with a generation age gap between partners.
🐰All U16 events will be elimination draws (8 game set)
🐰Any player entering an open event is limited to a maximum of three events.
🐰Veterans events are again an elimination draw. Age to enter is 45 for men and 40 for women.
🐰Family mixed – elimination is a (mixed) event and requires a generation age gap between partners
🐰Entries will be capped to 300 players to avoid using alternate venues (based on feedback). Alternate venue will only be considered if time is lost to bad weather.
🐰Players cannot enter events spanning more than two grades.
🐰Night tennis will be played on Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday so please factor that into your plans.
