You may be wondering what Life AD is all about, well it’s a FREE guide for anyone navigating life after loss.

With helpful insights, tips and things to consider when trying to piece your new life together. We want you to feel seen, and be provided with the necessary support in your journey.

The guide was written by Lan, who lost her partner almost 10 years ago now, and felt there was minimal support or written guidance to help with things like finances, or even communicating with your children. Which is where LifeAD was born.

THROWBACK TO OUR LAUNCH!!! 💛

In late November 2024, the Life AD Guide was launched to my closest friends and family.

It was a day I was able to reflect on all I have achieved in the past 9 years. As well as the day I took the step forward to help others experiencing the same as I did 💬

We spoke about the guide, built connections and attendees received a care package with a notebook, financial guide, magnesium spray, a bookmark and more. To thank them for their support, and motivate them to practice some much needed self care.

I am excited to see how far the guide can reach, and for it to fall into the hands of people who need it most. If you ever want to chat, or provide feedback on the guide, please DM us.
