The artificial grass in the courtyard is not for pet toileting. Artificial grass does not absorb like natural grass Please take dogs outside the complex away from the entrance for toileting. Apologies for the photographs but we are surprised this message is necessary.

The high gutters will be cleaned on Tuesday morning 25 March. This involves a generator making some noise.

Please remove bicycles from the bike rack and Store in your apartment. It is difficult to access the flood barriers which we will need. Bicycles not removed may be cut out and dumped.
