The Station

The Station The Station is a warm, safe and inviting place for youth 12-25 years in the Murraylands.

Read our House Rules for using this page -> www.murraybridge.sa.gov.au/RCMB-Social-Media-House-Rules The Station works closely with the Rural City of Murray Bridge, headspace Murray Bridge, and the Murraylands Youth Get Engaged Network to create fun and safe events for youth in the area. In the past we have organised and hosted Battle of the Bands, live acoustic gigs, Rock the Pool events, Metal S

essions, and supported many young music acts within the Murraylands at different events. Our MYGEN youth group is keen to hear your ideas for youth in the region, so message us and let us know what your light bulb moment is!

Join us tonight for Acoustic Sessions - an evening celebrating local music, creativity and community.

Band Connections working on a Dolly Parton song for this weekend's Acoustic Sessions! 💪

Dolly Parton was much more than a music legend. 🌟

She grew up in poverty, became one of the world's most successful musicians - and then used that success to create opportunities for other people.

📚 Her Imagination Library has given hundreds of millions of free books to children around the world.

🎓 She once promised students in her hometown $500 if they graduated high school - helping drive a huge reduction in the local dropout rate, and her foundation still gives scholarships to young people
