🎶💗 What a beautiful singing session today! 💗🎶

Over 40 women came together today for our Together She Thrives FREE Singing Session - Love Your Voice with Eve Jeffery from Byron Bay Singing, and it was absolutely beautiful listening to everyone singing together.

There’s something so special about raising our voices as a group. It lifts our spirits, brings us together and makes us feel good.

We all know that singing is great therapy, and today we certainly felt the benefits! 🎶✨

So much joy, laughter, connection and beautiful energy in the room. Thank you to everyone who came along and sang their hearts out with us! 💕🎵

🩵 Another Beautiful TST Day of Connection! 🩵

31 women joined us today for our FREE Fire Trail & Beach Loop Walk at Brunswick Heads ….and what a beautiful winters morning it turned out to be!

The weather certainly put on a show for us, with beautiful blue skies and some spectacular greyish clouds.

After tackling the fire trail, we were all hanging out for a swim and were very happily greeted by a beautiful northerly breeze as we made our way along the beach.

We finished the morning with coffee at Old Maids, where many of the women pretty much took over….we certainly packed the place out!

Most importantly, it was another wonderful opportunity for women to meet, chat and make new connections, with lots of lovely conversations and new friendships beginning along the way.

A big thank you to our wonderful Together She Thrives volunteers (Kay Quemard, VJ Mort, Marisa Bettiol, Nicola Kapala) for coming along, helping out and making the morning such a success. We couldn't do these events without you!

At our FREE Colouring - Coffee - Chat group today, Margaret brought in rooster colouring sheets that will all be entered into the colouring competition at the Mullum Show.

We will have more colouring sheets over the next few meetings if you would like to come.
