Portfolio images need to be emailed by 6pm today. Tuesdays meeting will be at Kildallon. 7pm. We will be doing a portrait workshop followed with a discussion and critique of this months portfolios. Have a great long weekend and happy snapping

The challenge: One photo. Five elements. Endless possibilities.
Create one standout photograph featuring 5 elements from the following:

🌸 Flower
🐦 Bird
🌳 Tree
🏢 Building
ETC
✨ Your choice — get creative!

Then experiment with different photographic techniques and styles, such as:

Colour
Black & white
Macro
Texture
Long exposure
ICM (Intentional Camera Movement)
Or any other creative technique you’d like to explore
Think outside the box, experiment, and make the image your own!

Images to be resized to 2056 long side, named and emailed, in by 6pm Friday -2nd October for an open critique night for our meeting at 7pm - 6th October .

Cudgegong Camera Club did something a bit different for the monthly challenge a Landscape portfolio of 5 images in black and white /monochrome.
At our monthly meeting on Tuesday 1st September,the club had a presentation of all the images and spoke about the images and what everyone could learn from each other.

Thank you to all the members who participated and attached is one image from each member.

Stay tuned for our next challenge which will be announced in the next day or so.

5-image landscape portfolio should act as a cohesive visual story rather than just a collection of random favorites. The "rule of five" means every single image must earn its spot through unique variety, flawless composition, and a unified mood.Select your top 5 landscape photos and arrange them according to these principles:

Our 'Creative Photography' meeting is always a popular one and last night the regular crew captured some amazing images . Thanks to all who attended and brought along props. These nights take a lot of preparation and effort to make them work. Thanks also for the apologies from those who could not attend .
